Intern story

Being an intern from AIESEC has made a great impact on my life.I was a member of AIESEC Guatemala for 2 years, 2002-2003. In 2004 I finished my education as an Industrial Engineer and Quality ISO9000 in Guatemala.
I always thought that being an intern was a great opportunity to develop yourself and to learn from other cultures but I never thought it was for me... until one day chatting by MSN with the former MCP from Guatemala, Maria, who was an Intern in Mexico City.
She really inspired me to take this chance and give it a shot. In that precise moment my eyes were opened...
I really got excited and in a blink of my eyes I was on a plane heading to Denmark, although I didn´t speak the language, the job description was exactly my work field. ( I was required to speak English).
I don´t regret any moment I have spent as an Intern. I have learnt a lot, I have made lifetime friends and I have moments I will treasure for the rest of my life.
Although not everything has being perfect and there are moments when you think everything is going wrong...
FRIENDS, EXPERIENCES CHALLENGE AND NEW ADVENTURES, make you forget all the bad things that compared with all the great moments they are nothing.
I dare you to take this great experience and as we say in AIESEC...
It´s up to you,
and I will add: make the best out of it!!!"
Just contact me if you want to know more...
